Oh my word, we're almost to the end of another year! They're making these things shorter on me. Hopefully that means it'll be another Seattle summer before I realize it.

Things have started to slow down around here, thank goodness. No more moving business. The situation with my congruent high school -collage enrollment is.... well, it just is. It's just there, it can just take care of it's self. I myself haven't been as pushed or hectic. I've obtained this habit of carrying around a half-sized red spiral that says "BOSS" (like a bawss) around all the time, keeping lists and notes as necessary. How helpful that's been. My mother likes it better than writing on myself, and it's conveniently close for spur for the moment drawing.

The lists I keep in here can sometimes be amusing.
"Spanish, bring in firewood, do laundry, think about 'such and such', eat." Yeah, I have to remind myself.

I have my own tiny room now. I really know things are calming down now because I have the liberty and motivation to turn on a desk lamp and lose myself in some drawing until a haphazardly look up at the clock, and back stares at me two in the morning. Lots of pictures have been done lately in this fashion. At least any gets done~

And...ugh. This is the month for Christmas, eh? I am the "Bah humbug" charter, you see. (Despite being Christian, my family doesn't celebrate Christmas.) I have been disgruntled the though of commercials and carols before Thanksgiving. But you know, it is a little bit different this year. There is one thing I find myself looking forward to.
The lights.
I can't wait to see the lights.

....Lastly. I am a badass. You all knew this, but why in particular...? Because this year is almost over...

...and I still haven't broken my New Years resolution...
